The InSite Home Maintenance Program is a quarterly maintenance and inspection program that can take the stress out of maintaining your home. InSite will use our detailed quarterly checklists to help identify those items that need attention, and if a specialist is needed, we can connect you to our trusted tradesmen and women with whom we have worked for years.
- Replace furnace filters
- Clean return air grills
- Check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and change batteries if needed
- Clean kitchen hood vent and grease filter
- Check sump pump operation
- Turn on outside hose bibs and connect garden hoses
- Reverse ceiling fan switches
- Inspect crawl space and open foundation vents
- Switch storm door glass panel to screen panel
- Check for foundation cracks and leaks, flex pipe connected to downspout
- Inspect fencing. Nail any loose fencing
- Check fire extinguisher gauge and date
- Check all toilet supply lines
- Create report of corrections/actions and findings to client
- Replace furnace filters
- Clean return air grills
- Clean kitchen hood vent and grease filter
- Adjust doors and tighten loose handles
- Inspect showers and tubs and replace caulking if required
- Exterior ground visual inspection for any issues needed to be corrected before fall season. Visual foundation and deck inspection
- Clean out dryer vent and check washing machine hoses
- Pressure washing
- Check fire extinguisher gauge and date
- Inspect/document nail pops
- Check all toilet supply lines
- Create report of corrections/actions and findings to client
- Replace furnace filters
- Clean return air grills
- Check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and change batteries if needed
- Clean kitchen hood vent and grease filter
- Clean out window well debris if needed and make sure covers are secure
- Turn off and flush outdoor hose faucets. Detach and drain garden hoses and place in garage.
- Attic inspection overall and check for any roof leaks
- Crawl space inspection and close foundation vents
- Inspect window and door weather strips for proper seal
- Check sump pump operation
- Switch storm door screen panel to glass panel
- Create report of corrections/actions and findings to client
- Replace furnace filters
- Clean return air grills
- Check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and change batteries if needed
- Lube garage door chain and tracks check for proper operation
- Vacuum refrigerator coils
- Check for water leaks under sinks and toilets, inspect drains
- Reverse ceiling fans switches
- Clean out window weep holes
- Clean bathroom exhaust fan grills
- Check all locks on windows and Doors
- Check for hardwood and subfloor damage
- Check fire extinguisher gauge and date
- Check all toilet supply lines
- Create report of corrections/actions and findings to client

We really appreciated having Jose out on Friday. He replaced our a/c filter, installed a smoke alarm in our bedroom, and installed a combo smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector at the top of the basement stairway. We feel safer already! We are thrilled to be part of this program. Great, great idea!
