For years, you’ve been asking for someone you know and trust to help you tackle your never-ending list of maintenance chores around the house.

Well, we heard you! InSite Remodeling has created a division to help you tackle those tasks that never seem to go away. The InSite Home Maintenance Program. Just one phone call to one trusted partner to identify and address those ongoing maintenance issues around the house. Water and air filtration systems? Check!  Smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector batteries?  We’ve got you! Concerned about your heating and air conditioning system?  We can inspect them for you! Let the InSite Home Maintenance Program wipe these chores off your honey-do list and off your mind so you can focus on the things that really matter!

The InSite Home Maintenance Program is a quarterly maintenance and inspection program that can take the stress out of maintaining your home.  InSite will use our detailed quarterly checklists to help identify those items that need attention, and if a specialist is needed, we can connect you to our trusted tradesmen and women with whom we have worked for years.

Home Maintenance FAQ…Coming Soon!

We really appreciated having Jose out on Friday. He replaced our a/c filter, installed a smoke alarm in our bedroom, and installed a combo smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector at the top of the basement stairway. We feel safer already! We are thrilled to be part of this program. Great, great idea!

We had absolute trust in Insite Builders, his employees and subcontractors so much so that we handed over our keys to InSite Builders while we headed off to Maine.

We would like to thank Steve Gordon and his staff for a job well done. Our goal for this renovation project was to make our condo fit our lifestyle which is casual and comfortable and these requirements were met in every way.
